Computer lamps are an important category of lamps. In the performing arts activities, it plays a role in setting off the atmosphere, rendering the artistic conception of the stage, and mobilizing the emotions on the scene. Therefore, it is widely used.


The computer lamp is a kind of more precise equipment. It integrates electronics, machinery, and optics. It has high requirements for the environment, transportation, and use, and thus its failure rate is also high. Here, combined with the phenomenon of failure, an analysis of the possible causes for the reference of relevant personnel.


Boot no response


1, the power supply is normal, the lamp power cord is off;


2. Whether the lamp's fuse has been burned out;


3, the lamp switching power supply output voltage.


Boot is not bright bubble


1, first determine the quality of the bulb, whether the distance between the poles inside the bulb sphere is too long, whether there is a leak (a milky white inside the glass bulb), and to see if the bulb is loose.


2. Determine whether the bulb voltage of the motherboard is normally output when the lamp is in the state of point bubble. Normally, the voltage is 10 to 12 volts.


3, if the above two points are correct, measuring the electronic ballast point bubble instant about 380V AC voltage output, if there is output, indicating that the ballast is good, so that you can directly determine the trigger is a problem.


After turning on the work for a period of time, the lamp will automatically reset


1, the switching power supply output voltage instability;


2. Loose wires or unpressed lines at the wire in the circuit lead to poor contact and automatic reset occurs.


Bulb automatically eliminates foam


1. The bulb is extinguished and light bulbs are automatically lighted for a period of time to check if the cooling system is working properly. If the cooling system fails, the temperature in the lamp body will be too high, and the temperature control switch will automatically trip, thus ensuring the safe use of the lamp. When the electronic lamp is turned off, the lamp will automatically turn on when the temperature of the lamp decreases.


2. After the bulb is extinguished, it cannot be automatically brightened: The bulb itself is a problem. The surface of the bulb sphere is whitened, and the interior is black. After a period of time, the bulb will be extinct (the end of the lamp life).


3, the luminaire will also have automatic protection against extinguishing the gun in the case of no control signal for a long time. After the signal is turned on, it will automatically light up.


Pattern plate, color plate, prism, focus, enlargement, stuck, jitter, out of step


1. The card is usually mechanically damaged (except for CMY color chips). When a piece of CMY color is broken, it will fall off, which will affect the normal operation of other color chips. At this time, the phenomenon of color chip stuck will occur: Deformation of the pattern plate, color plate, loosening of the fixing component screws, ejection of the fixed pattern pressure spring, etc., may cause a stuck condition.


2. Dithering and out-of-step: The screws are loose or fall off, the chip of the channel on the main board is burned out, the motor line is in poor contact, the short circuit to ground is short-circuited, and the motor itself is a problem.


Horizontal and vertical (X/Y axis) out of step, not positioned


1, too much dust on the diaphragm, resulting in infrared light can not be controlled in place;


2. The diaphragm is damaged, and the distance between the diaphragm and the diaphragm is not properly adjusted. (When it is excluded, the diaphragm should be in the middle of the diaphragm, and the phenomenon of no scratch, touch, or blemishes should be achieved;)


The above is an analysis of the causes of some common faults. In fact, it is necessary to reduce the occurrence of faults. It is indispensable for ordinary maintenance. The following points briefly introduce the following points for routine maintenance:


1, optical components, first with a vacuum cleaner or airbag to gently blow off the surface dust, use odorless tissue paper or cotton cloth impregnated with water to wipe off the particulate matter, with cotton or odorless paper impregnated with ethyl propanol to remove smoke and residue The final cleaning with distilled water, then dry with a soft cotton cloth;


2. Parts with plated color plates, pattern pieces and optical lenses, because the surface of the coating layer is very brittle and easily scratched, so do not use destructive solvents for cleaning;


3, to regularly replace the air filter cotton, so that it is in the best state of ventilation, training to enhance the heat dissipation of lamps;


4, computer lights to take care to avoid collisions, falls, etc.;


5. Be careful not to use it in places with more sand and dust;


6, the supply voltage should be stable, long-term supply voltage is about 240 volts to consider using a power supply;


7, after the show, use the console to eliminate foam, the lamp does not cut off the power, let it continue to work for a period of time (letting the lamp inside the fan continue to work to reduce the lamp body temperature);


8, after the liquidity performance, it is necessary to install a special air box in the moisture and shockproof, fixed installation of computer lights should pay attention to anti-ash, anti-impact and so on.
